Exchange Conditions:
- Application for exchange of article should be received within 3 days of order received.
- Article will only be exchanged if its damaged, broken, wrong prescription, color sent by us.
- Same article/prescription will be given against the damaged order unless its out of stock. In case if its not available then some other shade can be sent (having same price).
- Customer will bear the shipping charges for return of article.
- Exchange of article will not be processed if the customer change his/mind on color, size, prescription.
- Please do not throw the lens and lens packages before your problem is solved.
- Customer has to send back the article to apply for exchange.
Exchange process:
To apply for exchange. First of all send an email with your order number, name, contact details, shipping address.
Once we receive your mail, we will send you an exchange form.
Fill out that form and wait for our response.
It can take 7-8 business days to process replacement.
You will receive your products within 15-20 days after our response as per the mentioned replacement policy.
